1.Your contract: All tours in brochure are operated by SBTL. When a booking is made which is accepted by us, it constitutes a contract between you and S.B.T.L., all bookings are taken on the basis that you accept these terms and conditions. We are travel organizers. We do not control or operate any airline neither do we won or control any shipping or coach company, hotel, transport or any other facility or service mentioned in this brochure we take care in selecting all the ingredients in your holiday. But, because we only selected and inspect them and have no other control in the running of them. We cannot be held responsible for any injury, death or loss or damage or deficiency in services which is caused by the act or default of management of employees of an independent contractor arising outside or normal selection and inspection process. (The contract and the disputes if any will be subject to the jurisdiction of Rajahmundry, E.G.D.T., A.P. STATE, INDIA only.)
2.The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangements. Management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, airplane, bus or ship or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other causes whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the customer/passenger.
2. Visa requirements To obtain Visas, please hand over all the necessary documents mentioned by our local marketing manager/tour advisor 60 days prior to the tour date in case of Europe and in case of Far East and South East Asian Countries (Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore etc.,), Egypt and Dubai 30 days prior to the tour date.
If the consulate or embassy personal will ask any passenger/s, who is travel to Europe for first time, that particular passenger/s have necessary to attend before the U.K and Schengen consulates situated in Mumbai or Chennai.

3.Booking and payments : An interest free deposit Rs.50,000/-per person is for Europe and Australia and Rs.20,000/- per person for Far East and South East Asia, Egypt and Dubai, required to be paid by the customer at the time of booking/registration which should be done at least 60 days prior to the date of departure. Full payment should be made 30 days prior to the date of departure. The booking amount is non-adjustable against any other tour or service.
4.Cancellation policy in case of VISA rejections for Europe:
If U.K. Visa is rejected , Rs. 7,500 + Rs.7,500 (U.K. Visa Charges + Flight ticket cancellation charges) will be deducted from the advance amount. That is totally Rs.15,000 will be deducted from the advance paid and the remaining balance amount will be given back.
If Schengen Visa is rejected after obtaining U.K. Visa, in this case, Rs.7,500+Rs.4,800+Rs.7,500(U.K.Visa charges+Schengen Visa charges+flight ticket cancellation charges) will be deducted from the advance amount. That is totally Rs.19,800 will be deducted from the advance paid the remaining balance amount will be given back.
If Schengen Visa, U.K. Visas has been allotted and if Switzerland Visa is rejected , in this case, Rs.7,500+Rs.4,800+Rs.4,500+Rs.7,500(U.K.Visa charges+Schengen Visa charges+Switzerland visa charges + flight tick et cancellation charges) will be deducted from the advance amount. That is totally Rs.24,300 will be deducted from the advance paid the remaining balance amount will be given back
5 .Cancellation policy in case of VISA rejections for Far East and South East Asian Countries Egypt and Dubai:
If Singapore Visa is rejected , Rs. 3,000 + 7,500 (Singapore Visa Charges + Flight Ticket cancellation Charges) will be deducted from the advance amount and remaining balance amount will be given back. That is totally Rs.10,500 will be deducted from the advance paid the remaining balance amount will be given back.
If Malaysia Visa is rejected after obtaining Singapore Visa, in this case, Rs.3,000+Rs.3,000+Rs.7,500(Malaysian.Visa charges+Singapore Visa charges+flight ticket cancellation charges) will be deducted from the advance amount. That is totally Rs.13,500 will be deducted from the advance paid the remaining balance amount will be given back.
If Egypt visa is rejected : Rs. 3000 + Rs. 7,500 (Egypt visa charges + Flight ticket cancellation caharges) will be deducted from the advance amount and remaining balance amount will be given back.
If Dubai is rejected : Rs. 4000 + Rs. 7,500 (Dubai Visa Charges + flight ticket cancellation charges) will be deducted from the advance amount and remaining balance amount will be given back.
7. If all the Visas are obtained, and if passenger/s doesn’t want to travel, then total payment will not be refunded. Refunds against cancellations, if any will be made by Cheque only. Company will not be responsible if any country’s consulate or embassy has rejected Visa for any one in a family and issued Visa for other family members. In this case also the above terms are applicable for cancellations.

6.Immigration and Customs Formalities: Immigration and Customs formalities in every country are depending on their own rules and regulations. So every individual passenger has to go through that process which may take few hours. Please show your foreign exchange (USD/EUROS etc) , travel documents, and your recent passport size colour photograph on demand of immigration officers. If immigration officers rejects any passenger/s to entry their country, company is not responsible or liable for such cases. No refunds of money will be entertained.
. All passengers are requested to wear proper dress and behave properly in front of the immigration authorities. Please don’t take too much alcohol during your flight journey. Please maintain a queue and silence before immigration officers.
. Alcohol, Cigarettes, all tobacco products and chewing gums are not allowed in to Singapore. If you carry these items in to Singapore, you must be penalized or jailed according to Singapore immigration and customs regulations
7.Foreign Exchange Regulations For Europe ,Australia, Far East and South East Asian Countries: As per the reserve bank of India, a person holding an Indian passport is eligible for foreign travel allowance of us$10,000 from the basic travel quota(BTQ). This travel allowance is given per calendar year and can be availed in either travelers cheques or in the combination of travelers cheques and cash. The maximum cash (direct currency) limit is $2000 and Indian rupees 5000 only.
8.Travel Documents : Please take care of your travel documents (passports and flight tickets). It is advisable to carry the passport and visas xerox copies separately.. Passports, flight tickets and travel/medical insurance copies should be carried through out the tour. The company is not responsible or liable for lost or damage of your passports, flight tickets and travel/medical insurance papers. Company or tour manager has full rights to leave the passenger/s, who lost the passport, flight ticket etc., in that particular country and continue the group to remaining places without that particular passenger/s.
. Please attend at air ports 3 hrs prior to flight departure time. Company or Tour Manager is not liable and responsible if you miss the flight. If you miss the flight no refunds of money will be entertained.
9.Medical and Travel Insurance : It is extremely important that you purchase an overseas medical and Travel insurance policy to cover against any possible risks such as damage, loss, baggage loss, and accident, injury to life or property, while in tour.. If you .don’t obtain insurance, the company shall not be responsible for any death, damage, loss, accident, injury, illness and sickness etc...
10.Shopping Regulations : Only worth Rs.25,000 of goods is allowed as duty free by Indian govt. (including gold) ., laptop is fully exempted from the above. Company or Tour Manager is not responsible for any customs disputes at airports
11 Baggage Regulations
Checked in baggage : Only 20 Kgs weight is allowed by airlines as a checked in baggage... small suitcases or bags are enough for entire tour. No porter service available. You have to carry your luggage. (Checked in baggage weight limit is vary from airlines to airlines)
Hand Baggage or Cabin baggage : Only 5 Kgs small bag allowed on board without sharp objects, nail cutters, scissors, liquids, and sprays and shaving kits, fire arms, arms, pickles, mirch powders etc., batteries, match boxes, cigarette lighters etc., while boarding into the flight. If required, carry such items except arms, firearms and weapons etc., in checked in bags.
12. Safety Measures for your Valuables : Tour Manager or Company will not be responsible for your valuables like money, and goods etc.. Please use safety lockers at hotels. Beware of your valuables at sightseeing places and crowded places. Don’t leave any valuables in hotel rooms openly.
13. Airlines: Airlines are subject to change without prior notice. All seats are booked in economy class only
The company shall not be responsible for any damage/ loss occurred due to acts, or negligence of any air carrier, hotel, coach, company, or attraction.
14. Validity & Prices: hotels, airlines, cruise, rail and prices published in the brochure are subject to change any time without prior notice. Any increase in air/rail/coach/hotel fares prior to the date of departure or change in exchange rates will have to be borne by the passenger/s.
15. What your tour price doesn’t includes : Any expenses of personal nature such as laundry expenses, Alcohol and beverages, mineral water, food and drink not in the regular menus provided by us. Tips to hotel waiters, drivers, etc are to be borne by the passenger/s.
16. Food : We reserve the right to change the meal arrangement if circumstances make it necessary to do so; the meals are prefixed and a choice of menu is not available
17. Itinerary:.Your itinerary has been specially designed and praised based on the group size and route. If any of the passengers wants to deviates the itinerary by postpone or propone the tour, FIT surcharges of Airfare and hotels and transfers will be applicable. We distribute tour itineraries to you before leaving to tour. Itinerary is subject to change any time without out prior notice if circumstances make it necessary
18. Accommodation : All tours planned itineraries and package plans are based on using twin share accommodation. In order to keep our price as low as possible, No separate bed will be provided for children below 12 years of age. Extra bed will be provided on demand of passenger/s, but the extra bed charges will be borne by that particular passenger/s or his/her parents In case of a single passenger booked on the tour, the company will try and assist in accommodating him/her with another single person, to avoid the single room supplement. In case, the company is unable to find another person, the passenger is liable to pay for the additional cost.. Hotel rooms are allocated according to the availability of the rooms. Company or Tour Manager have no right to change or alter the rooms without the hotel authorities acceptance tour holidays are based on efficient use of transport and hotels and these arrangements are planned many months in advance. To maintain this efficiency, it may be necessary on occasions to make some alterations to your holiday arrangements..
19. Hotels : Most hotel rooms are air conditioned and may have a facilities like mini bar etc., in the rooms. Please note that these facilities are not complementary and have to be paid for based on actual usage. While check in to the hotels wait in the lobby or coach as advised by the tour manager. Please confirm with tour manager or hotel staff for complimentary drinking water bottles etc before using. Any damages caused to the hotel rooms during your stay, shall be payable by the customers, company or Tour Manager will not be liable for the same.
20 Check In, Check Out Timings Of Hotels in Europe, Far East and South East Asia, Egypt and Dubai:- Check In 2’0 P.M , Check Out Time is 12 Noon. If group arrives before check in time, group has to wait in the lobby till rooms are allocated at check in time.
21.Coaches : Since most of your traveling in Europe or Far east and South East Asian countries would be by coach, we have carefully chosen an air-conditioned coach for your comfort. We request you to assist us in keeping the coach neat and clean so that all of you can be comfortable during your holiday in Europe or Far East and South East Asia. Please don not eat foodstuff in the coach, as there is a possibility of some leftover spilling and spoiling the coach. We regret that, in the interest of fellow customers. Smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages is not permitted on the coach. Besides Sightseeing and Emergency, Coaches will not be stopped on the way because of strict traffic rules maintained in those countries.
In London, your coach will be air-cooled.Only air-conditioned mini coaches or vans will be provided if group strength is below 20 pax.Due to private coaches being forbidden inside the city of Rome (for Europe), most of your sightseeing will be done by local buses and by foot
22. Tour Manager : -We request you to kindly co-operate with the Tour Manager and abide by his instructions for a successful and memorable tour. Tour Manager has full right to reject or leave any passenger/s, if he feels that the particular passenger creating inconvenience to the other co-passengers in the group.
23. Punctuality & Timings : Your Itinerary has been specially designed to ensure that you get the maximum coverage during the holidays. To achieve this we require your co-operation inbeing punctual. Sightseeing as well as various other excursions has been pre-booked for a particular duration and thus, if the group is delayed, the delay would actually deprive you of your own sightseeing time. Local guides have been pre-booked for a certain duration and cannot extend their services beyond the specified time limits. Please do understand that punctuality is solely in your interest, to ensure that you have the full benefit of all services included in the package. Very often, the entire group may be delayed and may lose valuable time or opportunity because of a few people delaying the whole group.
Note : Tour Manager have right to leave the delayed passenger/s.
