¤ Do u have tour manager ?
A : We always have tour manager escorting for all groups more than 15 pax.
But if group is less than 15 pax then customers are provided local guide in cities mentioned in your itenary.
¤ What Language do your Manager Speak ?
A : All our tour managers are Indians; hence they all speak English, Hindi and Telugu fluently.
¤ What are Optional Tours ?
A : Optional tours are excursion, which are not included in your itenary.
If you want to explore any optional tour you can book with tour manager in advance if time permits.
¤ What is Foreign Exchange Formalities ?
A : Every Citizen of India has forex limit ie BTQ (Basic Travel Quote) of 5000 USD in a year. For Travellers which is 25000 USD for Business Travellers. So One has to obtain forex on their BTQ Limit.
¤ Where can I buy Forex ?
A : You can Buy at any of the authorized forex agents for forex needs. But beware fo unauthorised agent who offer less price as unauthorised forex is illegal to carry. So One should carry valid reciept and endosment in passport at all times.
¤ Where can I Exchange my forex in abroad ?
A : We recommend that you change money at banks or foreign bureaus in that respected country. Changing money at Hotels will charge you high commission so avoid changing at hotels.Always change USD's into local currency which other involves commision so you will loose more commision for more Transactions. We recommend you to spend all change in that respective country as change ie coins are not accepted in other countries for exchange.
¤ What type of meals offered in tour ?
A : Break fast:
We serve continental breakfast with Bread, butter, jam, tea, coffee, juice and dishes as standard.
Dinner/lunch: Your meals will be Indian buffet with veg and not veg dishes. Generally we serve Indian bread, 2 curries, rice, salad etc.
¤ Can we take alcohol in your restaurants ?
A : It is not permitted to bring alcohol in to your restaurants from outside. Any how drinking alcohol is not Permitted.

¤ About hotels ?
A : We generally provide 3 star/4 star accommodations varied from city to city. All our hotels are carefully selected to give you maximum accessibility to shopping and other interesting places all the rooms provided are twin sharing basis unless specified.
¤ What are checks in and check out timings ?
A : Check in and checkout time differs from country to country but mostly check in time is around 2pm and checkout time is 12 noon.
¤ What is maximum baggage allowance ?
A : We suggest you travel as light as possible. Many airlines allow maximum of 20 kgs as checked in Baggage and 7 kgs as hand baggage.
¤ What happens in case I lose my baggage ?
A : Please stick tags to your baggage with your name filled on all tour baggages. As SBTL is not liable for any loss of baggage. Our tour manager can only advice you for further action that depends on country to country.

¤ What about the safety of my personal belongings ?
A : Passengers are advised to take care of their personal belonging in hotel, coaches etc. For forex and tickers they can use hotel lockers for safety. In case you loss passport, please report to Indian consulate in that country after registry case with local police station. In such cases consulate generally issue travel certificate/document to travel back to home country canceling remaining part of your tour. SBTC can only assist in such cases if it doesn’t disturb tour programmes and the cost of getting travel document/ return ticket has to be bourne by you.

¤ How can we get passports ?
A : Our company can only assist you for information about passports. You should obtain passports fro your nearest passport authority by yourself which may take approximate 2 months from date of apply. In some cases you can obtain in 7 days by applying TATKAL if you can show travelling is in urgency.
¤ How can we get VISAS ?
A : Visas for the respected countries should be issued by consulted based on its rules and regulations. So passengers should submit all required proofs to consulate for attaining visas. Visa approvals only depends on consulates discussion.
¤ What type of coach is used in travelling ?
A : Most of the coaches used are air-conditioned and coaches differ from group to group depending on the size of the group.
¤ Is eating allowed in coach ?
A : It is not permitted to eat or drink alcohol in coach.

¤ What is the duty free limit ?
A : Duty free limit is 25000 Rs. Equilate goods, which can be brought if you stay more than 3 days in abroad (except Nepal, Bhutan, Pakistan etc). If anything more than that limit is brought it can be taxable according to customs act, which may exceed more than 60% taxes depending on items.
¤ What is VAT ?
A : VAT means value added Tax Vat is refund of taxes on your purchase of goods. To claim VAT you need to take VAT refund form from shopkeeper and should be stamped in customs in airport to get refund of money in specific VAT refund counters. In some countries VAT refund can be made directly from shopkeeper for taxes.

A : We request all passengers to be punctual at all times. The tour manager advices time to passenger’s for covering all important place if any passenger fails to attend in time tour manager has right to leave passenger in keeping view of inconvenience to passengers.
¤ Is portage included in our tour ?
A : There is portage facility in the tour so baggage should be carried by passenger himself in transits.
¤ Information about voltage ?
A : Voltage’s differ from country to country so we advice to carry converter along with appliances to avoid inconvenience.

¤ Do I need insurance ?
A : Medical insurance is compulsory, as treatment abroad can be very expensive. You have to take an extensive travel insurance policy to cover yourself and your belonging for the entire length of your journey. Such policies should include medical costs, damage to baggage or property, traveller`s checks, personal injuries/accidents etc.
¤ What about first aid ?
A : We recommend that you carry small kit such as tablets for fever, headache, cold, stomach upsets, body pains etc. As doctor’s medication is not accepted in many places we recommend to carry your regular medication sufficient for entire tour. Also carry one extra pair of spectacles.
